We offer counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families in English or French, online or in person.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

Fees

Sessions are 150$ (+HST)

Payment

Cash, e-transfer or credit card payments are accepted. Please pay at the beginning of each session.

Insurance

The Quebec health insurance plan and the Ontario health insurance plan do not cover psychological services. However, fees for psychotherapy are recognized as medical expenses and are tax deductible.

Your employer's insurance plan

Services may be covered, provided your insurance company recognizes this provision. Please check with your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy session and do not notify me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
